* Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
* Weekends: 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Oh My Fries is looking for friendly, presentable, and customer-focused female waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet customers professionally.
* Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately.
* Explain menu items and make recommendations when required.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
* Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied.
* Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth service.
* Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
* Follow restaurant hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.
* Maintain a professional and friendly attitude throughout the shift.
* Support other team members whenever required.
Requirements
* Previous restaurant/waitress experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
* Well-groomed and professionally presented.
* Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
* Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
* Ability to work evening and late-night shifts.
