Responsibilities:
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible to CEO for following:
Assist clients in planning and booking their flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized recommendations, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain database of clients for future correspondence and pursuance of their requirement.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to offer informed guidance to clients.
Utilize cutting-edge booking systems and technology to efficiently manage travel arrangements and transactions.
Collaborate with travel suppliers to negotiate deals, secure discounts, and create unique travel packages for clients.
Handle documentation and travel logistics, including visas, passports, travel insurance, and other necessary paperwork.
Assist clients in navigating unexpected situations or emergencies during their travels, providing support and guidance as needed.
Daily report preparation and submission about clients’ data
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor with computer proficiency in MS Office, internet and relevant ticketing software operation. Office administration experience will be preferred.
Excellent in communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Previous experience in the travel industry and ticketing will be preferred.
