We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Manager to lead our Banquet Hall team! As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring exceptional customer service, seamless event execution, and maximum revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage events, weddings, and conferences
- Supervise and train a team of event coordinators, servers, and support staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
- Oversee catering, decorations, and logistics for events
- Ensure impeccable customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Analyze sales data and optimize pricing, packages, and promotions
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with our culinary team to enhance menu offerings and presentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or management
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
