About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic *Head of School Relationships* to lead our *Pakistan Recruitment & Outreach Team*, connecting exceptional teaching talent with schools across the UK. You will manage a team of Vacancy Hunters, build strong relationships with UK schools, and help us achieve our mission of placing 100+ teachers (equal to 325,600 staffing hours) in our first year.

* Build and maintain partnerships with UK schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
* Lead and mentor a team of Junior Vacancy Hunters
* Identify and manage new UK teaching vacancies
* Coordinate closely with the UK Placement Manager for talent matching
* Track educational staffing trends and provide strategic input

* Outreach: Connect with 10+ new schools weekly
* Vacancy Acquisition: Secure open teaching roles
* Placement Success: Achieve a high teacher placement success rate
* Retention: Develop long-term school partnerships
* Team Leadership: Build and guide a high-performing recruitment team

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree (Education, Business, Marketing, or related)
* Prior experience in education recruitment or B2B sales
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
* Knowledge of UK education sector is a strong advantage
* Leadership experience is highly preferred

Compensation:
* Basic Salary: PKR 65,000/month
* Incentive: 1% annual commission on total placement revenue
