Description
We are seeking professional and coustomer oriented Female Coordinator for a permanent role at our event complex. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them visualize and book their dream events Share detailed event decor themes, packages, and pricing options with incoming customers. Secure and manage bookings for function decorations according to client preference. Escort potential clients through the event halls to showcase seating arrangements, lighting, and layouts.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude.
