Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Female Computer Operator / Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, excellent record-keeping abilities, and experience handling customer communications, order processing, and basic accounts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update daily order records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Process and book shipments through courier portals and websites.
- Manage customer databases and maintain accurate records.
- Record and track daily expenses, credit customers, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare and maintain basic accounts and operational reports.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
Requirements
- Female candidate with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer operations.
- Experience in data entry, customer support, and office administration.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
Compensation
Salary: Rs. 45,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
