Job Opening – Facebook Operations Specialist (Facebook Developers)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
We are looking for motivated, hardworking, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Facebook Operations Specialists.
Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! If you have a good command of English, a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM), and are proficient in using Facebook’s various features, this is a great opportunity for you.
Job Requirements
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM)
- Good English proficiency (reading and writing)
- Familiarity with the Facebook platform and its features
- Punctual, responsible, and hardworking
- Entry-level candidates welcome—no prior experience required
- Must be able to start immediately
Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: 40,000 PKR per month
- Perfect Attendance Bonus: 10,000 PKR per month
- Accommodation and Meal Allowance: 10,000 PKR per month
- Employees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and meals.
- Candidates currently residing in Lahore are encouraged to apply.
Daily Targets and Cash Incentives
Daily Target: Generate 2 qualified leads
Exceed your daily targets and earn additional cash bonuses! Number of Qualified Customers per Day | Cash Bonus
3 Customers | 700 PKR
4 Customers | 1,000 PKR
5 Customers | 1,500 PKR
6 Customers | 2,500 PKR
7 Customers | 3,000 PKR
8 Customers | 4,000 PKR
9 Customers | 4,500 PKR
10 or More Customers | 5,000 PKR
Daily cash bonuses are awarded on the same day, based on the applicable targets and incentive policy.
Working Hours
- One day off every Saturday.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Lunch breaks: Monday–Thursday, 14:30–15:30; Friday, 13:30–15:30. Sunday working hours are 12:00–19:00 (including a one-hour lunch break).
