Whales Communication is looking for experienced and motivated Verifiers to join our growing team for the positions of Verifier
Location: Gulberg greens Islamabad
*Job Responsibilities*
* Handle outbound calls with potential customers.
* Verify customer information accurately and professionally.
* Communicate confidently and maintain a professional tone.
* Follow campaign scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
* Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
* Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
*Requirements*
* Previous call center experience is required.
* Experience as a Verifier, Fronter, or Sales/Outbound Agent will be preferred.
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
* Ability to handle objections and communicate effectively.
* Punctual, disciplined, and professional.
* Fresh candidates may not be considered for this position.
