Description
We are accepting applications for the skilled professionals for “Executive - Sales & Marketing” role.
Making phone calls and briefing new customers about real estate projects.
Setting appointments and site visits.
Conducting site visits and briefing clients in person.
Prospecting for leads and using different connections to sell the property.
Follow up with clients.
Closing the sale.
Any other task assigned by seniors.
Job Specification:
1. Preferably Bachelor’s degree.
2. One to five years of hands-on experience on project/property sales and management experience. Builders/ Property background is preferable.
3. Excellent communications, team management and sales management skills.
Salary:
Market competitive salary, starting from Rs. 20,000/- & more plus lucrative commissions per plot.
