Your Mission:

As the face of PIPEX on the ground, you will be the cornerstone of our event success. You will:
* Manage end-to-end logistics for prestigious real estate exhibitions and expos.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, exhibitors, and partners.
* Lead a team of on-site staff, ensuring impeccable service and brand representation.
* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues with grace and efficiency.
* Ensure every detail, from vendor coordination to client hospitality, exceeds expectations.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

* Proven track record of at least 6 months in high-stakes event management, preferably in B2B, real estate, luxury, or corporate sectors.
* Exceptional professional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership ability and experience managing teams under pressure.
* Keen eye for detail and a commitment to impeccable quality.
* Confidence, charisma, and the ability to network and build rapport with senior-level professionals.
* Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours during events.
* Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
