Al Sheikh Event Organizer and catering is a dynamic, fast-growing company known for creating unforgettable experiences. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Event Coordinator to manage and grow our event portfolio, including corporate meetups, launches, and social events.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion, including venue setup and vendor management. Marketing & Sales: Promote events through digital marketing and WhatsApp to maximize ticket sales/attendance. Operations: Handle logistics, schedules, guest handling, and on-ground execution. Partnerships: Build relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
Requirements3–5+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or PR. Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business preferred). Strong communication and leadership abilities.
