Description
• We are looking for an experienced & skilled E-commerce expert to join our team. You will be the bridge between product development and the final consumer, supervising everything from AI-driven product listings, media creation to PPC Ad scaling and SEO strategy.
This is not a "task-taker" role; we need a "task-maker" who can manage multiple Ecommerce stores and lead the launch of our upcoming products. You will work directly under the founder’s supervision to scale our e-commerce footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development Management
1. Take full ownership of store performance, including product listings, technical SEO, and content updates.
• Listing Excellence: Ensure every product listing is optimized with high-converting copy, professional media, and strategic keyword placement.
• Inventory & Sales Velocity: Manage weekly new listings, execute sales/promotions, and track revenue goals against monthly targets.
2. Performance Marketing
• Meta Advertisement: Concept, create, and launch high-performing ad campaigns for subsidiary brands.
• Ad Optimization: Conduct daily optimization of Promoted Listings to maintain a healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• onboarding new candidates, tracking activities, and auditing conversions.
Content Strategy & Organic Growth
• Blogging & SEO: Execute a consistent content calendar (minimum 2 SEO-optimized blogs per week for ACESHEETS).
• Conversion Tracking: Use analytics to track conversions specifically from organic traffic and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve ROAS
3. Strategic Expansion & Product Launches
• Market Research: Actively explore and research new niches to expand our E-commerce portfolio.
Qualifying Conditions (The Perfect Fit)
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
• Proven Track Record: At least 2–3 years of experience managing Amazon & E-commerce stores with a focus on SEO and Ads.
• You don't just "post"; you "convert. "
• Project Management: Ability to manage development cycles and keep multiple brands on track simultaneously.
• Exclusivity: This is a 100% dedicated role. We are looking for a teammate, not a freelancer.
• Candidates with active freelance projects or secondary jobs will not be considered.
