We are seeking a dedicated and experienced online e-commerce manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. They should be adept at handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will also include managing email correspondence with suppliers, coordinating inventory and product availability, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the supply chain. The candidate should be skilled in processing invoice payments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any payment issues that may arise.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the e-commerce should be proficient in using various e-commerce platforms and software tools to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. They should have a keen eye for detail, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date. Experience in managing returns and exchanges, analyzing sales data to optimize inventory levels, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies to drive sales is highly desirable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must to effectively collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
