Location: Rawalpindi, 6th Road
We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Coordinator to join our team and help manage communication between customers, vendors, and operations.
Responsibilities:
Respond to messages and inquiries on Amazon & Walmart (US customers)
Call vendors and coordinate order updates
Share daily schedules with the operations team
Stay in close contact with both the Pakistan team and the US team
Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Experience handling US-based customers (Amazon/Walmart preferred)
Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Computer proficiency (MS Office, email, chat support)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 PKR per month
