Job Title: Driver with Mechanical Knowledge

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Driver with mechanical knowledge to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for safe transportation, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, and assisting with minor mechanical tasks to keep company vehicles in good running condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, goods, or materials as required.
Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the vehicle.
Perform routine checks (oil, water, brakes, tires, etc. ) before driving.
Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on vehicles.
Assist in coordinating with workshops for major repairs and maintenance.
Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Ensure timely pick-up and delivery schedules.
Report any accidents, delays, or mechanical problems immediately.
Requirements:
Valid driving license (HTV/LTV as per vehicle type).
Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience (corporate, logistics, or personal).
Basic mechanical knowledge (engine, brakes, tires, oil change, etc. ).
Ability to perform minor repairs and assist in regular maintenance.
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
Minimum education: Matric/Intermediate (preferred).
