Draftsman & Site Supervisor/Foreman
Home Trends by Fahad is a leading interior design firm looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking a skilled Draftsman and an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman to join us.
Position 1: Draftsman
Responsibilities:
* Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD.
* Develop and modify blueprints, schematics, and other visual documentation.
* Work closely with the design team to ensure all drawings meet project specifications.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in interior design or architecture.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Position 2: Site Supervisor/Foreman
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage daily on-site operations for interior design projects.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Coordinate with labor, suppliers, and the design team.
* Maintain a high standard of quality and safety on the job site.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of interior design materials and construction processes.
