We are seeking a motivated and results driven DME Outbound Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to eligible person’s providers to promote and facilitate our services. You will assess client needs, explain available equipment and other options while providing an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of telemarketing or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with basic terminology and DME processes.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, professional attitude under pressure.
• Make outbound calls to sale and promote our services and products.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert qualified leads into clients.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly performance and sales targets.
