Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US trucking dispatching, load booking, rate negotiation, and communication with brokers.
Responsibilities:
* Find and book loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
* Negotiate competitive rates with brokers.
* Communicate professionally with brokers and drivers.
* Track shipments and provide regular updates.
* Manage pickup and delivery appointments.
* Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other required paperwork.
* Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure on-time deliveries.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in US trucking dispatching is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of DAT and Truckstop load boards.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Good spoken and written English.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Knowledge of US trucking operations, lanes, and market rates.
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
