Galaxy Luxury Limo is looking for motivated and experienced dispatch agent for US limo campaign. This is a full-time on-site role, located Lahore.
Qualification
· Work from home in US dispatch campaign.
· English and great communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and major limo service.
· Familiarity with federal and state transportation regulations.
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, Positive attitude and the ability to work independently and in team.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions.
Responsibilities
· Warmly welcoming the new clients
· Negotiating rates and delivery timelines
· Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
· Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries.
· Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
· Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers.
· The Dispatcher will also communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Language: English (oral + written)
Education: Minimum intermediate and bachelors will be preferred.
Timing: 8 hours
Salary: Salary based on prior experience + Commission
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
