WE ARE HIRING: Dispatch Sales Representatives (Night Shift / US Campaign)
Location: Sakhi Hassan, North Nazimabad, Karachi (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time / Onsite
Timings: Night Shift (US Hours — typically 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
Gender: Male & Female (Both are encouraged to apply)
Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Dispatch Sales Representatives to join our team near Sakhi Hassan, Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching freight dispatch services to independent truck drivers, owner-operators, and fleet managers in the US/North American market.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective US-based truck drivers and fleet owners.
* Pitch dispatch services, onboard new carriers, and secure dispatch service agreements.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Handle objections confidently and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Coordinate basic load requirements and assist in smooth client onboarding.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in a US Truck Dispatching campaign or BPO outbound sales. (Fresh candidates with fluent English are also welcome to apply)
* Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with the US freight market (MC/DOT authority, load boards like DAT/Truckstop) is a strong plus.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
* Punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable working night shifts.
