Description
We are hiring motivated sales agents to call truck drivers and owner-operators in the USA and pitch our truck dispatch services. Your role is to convince drivers to work with our company so we can secure loads and manage their dispatch operations.
Training Period:
• 15-day training period
• Commission-only during training
• Earn PKR 5,000 per confirmed sale during training
• Minimum 1 confirmed sale required during training to qualify for full-time hiring
After Selection (Full-Time Role):
• Fixed salary: PKR 30,000
• Commission: PKR 5,000 per confirmed sale
• Minimum 3 confirmed sales per month required to receive salary
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold calling truck drivers and owner-operators in the USA
• Pitching dispatch services confidently and professionally
• Handling objections and closing sales
• Maintaining call records and follow-ups
• Meeting monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Basic knowledge of logistics/dispatch (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work onsite in Mozang, Lahore
• Target-driven mindset
