We’re Hiring – Dispatch Coordinator / Load Booking (Night Shift)
A Canadian-based Logistics Company is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi as a Dispatch Coordinator (Night Shift 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch company resources effectively & efficiently
Enter, manage, and dispatch all orders with dispatch software
Track shipments from pick-up to delivery & provide real-time updates
Negotiate rates with customers and vendors
Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Prepare dispatch-related paperwork, including Customs documents
Update customer web portals with accurate load information
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong written & verbal English communication skills
1+ year Call Centre/Dispatch experience (asset)
Ability to perform under pressure & manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Comfortable with Night Shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
Perks & Benefits:
Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 80,000 (Negotiable)
