Swift Fleets is looking for a responsible and motivated person to join our team as an Entry-Level Truck Dispatcher.
This is a dispatch operations job, not a sales job. You will not be forced to sell anything. We already have customers and carriers. Your main responsibility will be to help manage daily trucking operations and support our drivers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Book loads for trucks through load boards and broker/customer communication
* Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers in professional English
* Track driver progress from pickup to delivery
* Update and manage Google Sheets / Excel sheets
* Follow up on pickup, delivery, detention, delays, and paperwork
* Maintain clear communication and proper records
* Learn trucking dispatch operations in the U. S. market
Requirements:
* Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ability to use Google Sheets, Excel, and common office tools
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
* No prior dispatch experience required — training will be provided
Important Note:
This is an entry-level truck dispatching position. It is not super complicated, but it does require focus, communication, and responsibility. We will provide proper training and guide you step by step.
