Certeza non-contact infrared thermometers, like the FT-715 and FT-712, feature a temperature range of \(32-43^{\circ }C\) for forehead readings and \(0-100^{\circ }C\) for objects, provide results in about one second, and use either AAA or 9V batteries depending on the model.
