Description
WE ARE HIRING – Server & Web Hosting Administrator
Are you passionate about Linux servers, web hosting, and providing excellent customer support? We're looking for an experienced Server & Web Hosting Administrator to join our growing hosting company.
Job Responsibilities
Set up and configure Linux hosting servers from scratch
Install and manage cPanel/WHM, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, Softaculous, JetBackup, and other hosting software
Configure DNS, email services, SSL certificates, FTP, MySQL/MariaDB, and web servers (Apache/Nginx/LiteSpeed)
Migrate websites, email accounts, and databases from other providers
Handle shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, and dedicated server environments
Monitor server performance, uptime, and security
Troubleshoot server, website, email, and DNS-related issues
Manage backups, disaster recovery, and server optimization
Handle customer technical support through WhatsApp, tickets, and live chat
Create and manage hosting packages, customer accounts, billing, and WHMCS integration
Configure domain registrations, nameservers, and Cloudflare integration
Maintain server security, firewall, malware protection, and regular updates
Work independently and ensure high service availability
Requirements
Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS)
Hands-on experience with cPanel/WHM & WHMCS
Knowledge of DNS, SSL, Email, PHP, MySQL, Apache, Nginx & LiteSpeed
Experience with website migrations and server troubleshooting
Understanding of server security and performance optimization
Good communication skills in English
Ability to manage customer support professionally
Previous experience in a web hosting company is highly preferred
