Job Title: Dental Assistant (Minimum 2 Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing high-quality patient care, ensure smooth clinical operations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
- Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow
- Ensure proper inventory of dental supplies and materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental operatory
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Relevant certification or diploma in Dental Assisting
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and scheduling
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital X-rays and dental software
- Certification in infection control and radiology (if applicable)
Working Conditions:
