Description
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver packages and shipments safely and on time to customers.
Collect and hand over parcels according to company procedures.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery where required.
Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
Maintain the company-provided delivery equipment/bag and motorcycle.
Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
Requirements:
Valid motorcycle driving license.
Own motorcycle preferred/required.
Good knowledge of local roads and areas.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to use a smartphone for navigation and delivery updates.
Previous delivery/rider experience is preferred but may not be mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: Rs. 22,000/month
Attendance Allowance: Rs. 3,000/month
Delivery Incentive: Rs. 20 per delivered shipment
Fuel: As per route
Total earnings can increase based on attendance and number of successful deliveries.
