Job Title: Daytime Call Center Agent

Schedule:
Monday to Friday. 11:00 a. m. to 8:00 p. m.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate information about our products or services to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Prior call center or customer service experience is a bonus.
Compensation:
Competitive capped commission structure.
