Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Office Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data, as well as assisting with general office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in systems and databases
Verify data for errors and ensure completeness and accuracy
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist with routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail)
Support administrative staff with day-to-day operations
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required
Manage office supplies and coordinate basic inventory tracking
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, or similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with data management systems or ERP software
Prior experience in administrative support roles
Working Conditions:
