The Opportunity
We are seeking talented recent graduates to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals looking to start their career in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and link building, combined with essential data management skills. You will receive hands-on training in core SEO activities, preparing you for a specialized role within our company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator / Junior SEO, your duties will be split across essential digital operations:
Data Entry & Quality Assurance
Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data related to SEO projects, competitor analysis, and website performance into spreadsheets and internal tools.
Perform rigorous quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all databases.
Organize and manage digital files and documents efficiently.
Link Building & Outreach
Support the link building team by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying high-authority websites and relevant directories.
Assist in creating and managing outreach campaigns, including drafting personalized emails to secure backlinks.
Track the status of backlink placements and report on acquisition progress.
Junior SEO Support
Conduct basic keyword research to support content and link building initiatives.
Assist in technical SEO audits, primarily focused on checking broken links and site speed issues.
Monitor website rankings and traffic metrics using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
What We're Looking For

Education: Recent university graduates (or those near graduation) in any discipline are encouraged to apply.
Skill: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
Attitude: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about SEO and digital marketing.
Commitment: Ability to reliably work the specified night shift (11 PM to 8 AM).
