Rehman Security Systems Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proficient Data Entry Operator to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing our digital database effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management: Inputting personnel and operational data into the company system with high accuracy.
• Documentation: Maintaining digital and physical records, ensuring all files are up-to-date.
• Reporting: Preparing daily and weekly activity reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Database Quality: Identifying and correcting data entry errors to ensure database integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum Intermediate/Graduate.
• Technical Skills: Strong command over Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 30-35 WPM with high accuracy.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role will be preferred.
• Attributes: Punctual, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
