Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Invoicing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering customer bills accurately into our Company DMS and preparing invoices through the FBR portal.
Key Responsibilities:
>Enter and maintain customer billing data in the Company DMS system
>Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company standards
Qualifications & Skills:
>Basic accounting knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel
>Familiarity with FBR invoicing portal (preferred but not mandatory)
>Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience: Fresh to 1–2 years (training will be provided)
