Order Processing Executive – Salary & Performance Policy
Position
Order Processing Executive
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Location: Ghanta Ghar Chowk Chichawatni
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Friday Off)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Prayer Breaks: Zuhr & Asr
1. Training Period
- Training Period: First 1 month
- Starting Salary: PKR 10,000
- During the training period, the employee will learn:
- AliExpress/e-commerce order processing
- Order verification
- Google Sheets management
- Tracking and updating order information
- Proper order-processing procedures
2. Salary After Training
After successfully completing the training period:
Basic Salary: PKR 12,000/month
The salary can be increased based on performance, accuracy, responsibility, and experience.
3. Monthly Performance Bonuses
Attendance Bonus: PKR 1,500/month
- Given for good attendance and punctuality.
Accuracy Bonus: PKR 2,500/month
- Given when orders are processed accurately with minimal mistakes.
Monthly Order Target Bonus:
Monthly Orders Processed| Bonus
1,200+ orders| PKR 1,500
1,400+ orders| PKR 3,000
1,600+ orders| PKR 5,000
This gives the employee an opportunity to increase their monthly earnings through better performance.
4. Mistake & Accuracy Policy
Order accuracy is very important because incorrect orders can result in financial losses.
The following process will be followed:
- First mistake: Guidance and correction.
- Second mistake: Formal warning and additional training.
- Repeated negligence: Accuracy bonus may be reduced or withheld for that month.
- If there is a repeated pattern of careless mistakes despite training and warnings, further disciplinary action may be taken.
Employees will be properly trained and given a clear order-processing checklist to help prevent costly mistakes.
5. Salary Growth
Salary will be reviewed based on performance and experience.
A performance review may be conducted every 3–6 months.
Employees who consistently demonstrate:
- Good accuracy
- Responsibility
- Good attendance
- Fast and efficient order processing
- Proper Google Sheets management
- Ability to handle increasing workload
may receive a salary increase.
6. Important Note
The goal of this salary structure is to provide a stable basic salary while also rewarding employees for accuracy, attendance, productivity, and good performance.
The company prefers a fixed salary + performance bonus model rather than a purely per-order payment system.
