About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and manage tenders, quotations, and related documents.
• Maintain and update data records accurately in Excel and Word.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding quotations, proposals, and order requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of tenders and quotations.
• Maintain organized records of bids, supplier contracts, and correspondence.
• Support reporting needs by preparing summaries, comparisons, and status updates.
Requirements
• Education: Minimum Matric / Intermediate (F. A, F. Sc, I. Com, D. Com, etc. ).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (formulas, formatting, tables, reports).
• Knowledge of tenders, quotations, and procurement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with suppliers and customers.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, or related field preferred).
• Preference will be given to candidates living near (Burns Road, Garden, Saddar, or nearby areas to our location)
Preferred Skills
• Experience in procurement, tendering, or customer/vendor management.
• Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.
• Team-oriented, with problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
