Handling Customers Complaint
Managing order deliveries with courier service
Product Listing and delisting at Daraz Store
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Assist with organizing promotional events or campaigns
Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
