Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and modify CNC programs for milling machines using G & M codes.
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into CNC tool paths.
Ensure precise machining and dimensional accuracy as per technical drawings.
·Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds suitable for material and job type.
Operate CNC milling machine and make necessary adjustments during production.
·Maintain records of programs,job setups, and production parameters.
Operate CNC laser cutting machine when required (optional).
·Perform machine maintenance and ensure safe working practices.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong command in CNC programming (Fanuc,Mach3, or similar control systems).
·Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting and reading mechanical drawings).
·Knowledge of CAM software(like Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similarwill be a plus.
·Understanding of metal machining processes and tolerances.
·Basic undrstanding of laser cutting operations preferred.
Qualification & Experience:
·Diploma or DAE in Mechanical/Mechatronics/CNC Technology,
·2-4 years experience in CNC machining and programming.
·Experience in laser cutting operations will be an advantage.
Other Requirements:
·Must be punctual,responsible,and able to work independently.
·Willing to coordinate with production team and follow process documentation.
·Should be capable of handling job setup and inspection independently.
