Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Company: Ride & Roll – Yango Partner
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle customer and driver/captain inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Assist Yango captains with account-related issues, ride-related concerns, and general support.
* Respond to customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
* Follow up with captains/customers to ensure issues are resolved.
* Make outbound calls to inactive captains, identify reasons for inactivity, and provide solutions to bring them back online.
* Approach and develop relationships with vendors, driver sources, and potential partners to increase the supply of drivers/captains.
* Generate and onboard new drivers through vendor outreach, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Follow up with potential drivers and vendors to complete the onboarding process.
* Maintain and grow the driver supply within the assigned fleet/area.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, onboarded drivers, vendor contacts, and daily activities.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve technical or operational issues.
* Achieve daily and monthly targets related to customer support, driver activation, and driver acquisition.
* Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
* Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales, business development, or driver recruitment is preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
* Target-oriented, punctual, responsible, and proactive.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
