We are looking for experienced and energetic *Call Center Agents* to join our team!
Job Details:
Location: Avan Town, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Salary: *PKR 50,000 to 90,000* + Bonus + Incentives
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a Call Center / Customer Support role is required
2. Communication: Must be fluent in spoken and written English
3. Skills: Strong customer handling, sales, and problem-solving skills
4. *Availability*: Must be available to work in the night shift
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support
- Meet daily/weekly targets
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
