We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with POS software queries and issues.
Provide customer support via WhatsApp, phone calls, and remote assistance.
Guide clients on software features and usage.
Help with customer onboarding and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with WhatsApp and customer handling.
Ability to learn software quickly.
