HOUSE OF GADGETS is looking for an experienced and responsible Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp & calls
• Deal with customers professionally and politely
• Assist customers with products, orders & deliveries
• Handle customer complaints and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the team regarding customer orders
Requirements:
• Previous Customer Support experience preferred
• Good communication & customer dealing skills
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
• Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered
