TikTec is a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven **Customer Support & Sales Executive** to join our team in Karachi. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and can confidently convert inquiries into sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media platforms.
* Provide accurate product information and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
* Handle order placement, order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refund requests.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Follow up with customers to improve satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
* Recommend relevant products and upsell whenever appropriate.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or support systems.
* Achieve daily customer service standards and contribute to sales targets.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Sales.
* Previous experience in an e-commerce company is highly preferred.
* Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
* Good communication skills in Urdu.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
* Experience with Shopify, CRM software, WhatsApp Business, or live chat tools is an advantage.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
