Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our UK Travel Campaign. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries related to travel services, including flights, hotels, visas, Umrah/Hajj packages, and holiday bookings, while delivering excellent service to UK-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from UK customers
Assist customers with travel bookings, amendments, cancellations, and general queries
Provide accurate information regarding flights, hotels, visas, and travel packages
Resolve customer issues professionally and within agreed service levels
Follow UK customer service standards and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
Good in spoken and written English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle UK customers professionally and patiently
Comfortable working UK shift timings
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Internet
