Buy Box Global is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Customer Support Representative* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a basic understanding of graphic design and editing tools, and can assist with day-to-day Amazon account operations.
### Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Assist with basic Amazon seller account tasks and operations
Support product listing updates and content management
Coordinate with team members to resolve customer issues
Create and edit simple graphics for marketing and product-related needs
Perform basic image editing and content adjustments when required
Maintain accurate records and follow company processes
### Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon-related tasks
Familiarity with graphic design and editing software (e. g. , Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
### Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Experience working with e-commerce businesses
Basic understanding of product listings, images, and online marketplaces
