Description
Raftar Express Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated, confident, and responsible female candidates to join our growing logistics and courier team.
We have openings for the following positions:
1. Female Customer Support Representative
• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
• Assist customers with parcel tracking and delivery-related complaints.
• Provide accurate information about courier and COD services.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
2. Female Sales Coordinator
• Handle sales inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Coordinate with clients regarding courier and logistics services.
• Maintain client records and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, WhatsApp, and email.
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or logistics will be preferred.
• Responsible attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
