Job Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries and orders via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and calls.
* Book, confirm, and process customer orders accurately.
* Manage Shopify orders from placement to dispatch.
* Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution.
* Maintain product listings and updates on Shopify.
* Create basic posts and assist in content posting on social media.
* Do basic video editing for Facebook & Instagram content.
* Maintain Excel sheets for orders, reports, and tracking.
