We are hiring – Customer Support Associates (Call Support)

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve customer queries via calls for USA-based clients
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional information
• Maintain high service quality & customer satisfaction
• Update call logs and CRM/system records
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate or Undergraduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident telephone handling
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Freshers will receive a 1-week paid training program before going live
