We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats
• Provide accurate information and resolve problems
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex cases when needed
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
