Hamari growing clothing brand team mein Customer Support / Order Confirmation Executive ki vacancy available hai.
Responsibilities:
• Customers ko orders confirm karne ke liye calls karna
• WhatsApp / Instagram / website chats handle karna
• Customer queries ka politely jawab dena
• Orders ki details verify karna
• Cancelled / doubtful orders ko properly handle karna
• Daily orders aur customer follow-ups maintain karna
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Urdu + basic English
• Confident calling skills
• Customer dealing ka experience preferred
• Shopify ka basic knowledge plus point
• Responsible & punctual
• Fresh candidates can also apply
Location: near sir syed university gulshan e iqbal
Timing: 12PM to 9PM
