Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Customer Services Representative. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be responsible for selling logistics solutions to the customers for their requirements. You will also handle incoming phone calls and emails, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism are essential for this role.
Qualification & Job Requirements:
1-2 years of customer services experience
Ability to read, write and speak English. Fluency in speaking Urdu
Computer Literate and Proficient in using MS Office
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer focused mindset
Resident of Islamabad or nearby.
