We are looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join TheVisaCity team.

Confident personality with professional client dealing
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Good command of English & Urdu

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages and in person
• Provide accurate information about visa & travel services
• Assist clients throughout the inquiry process
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Follow up with clients when required
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate assistance
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
